A: We charge a $40.00 travel charge on calls outside the Richmond Metro area .
(a parking charge may be incurred for calls in the Downtown Richmond area)
Q: What form of payments do you accept?
A: We accept company checks, VISA/Mastercard or we can bill you Net 15.
Q: Do you warranty your work?
A: Yes, we warranty all parts and the labor to install them for 30 days.
Q: What Brands do you repair?
A: We service HP, Brother, IBM, Lexmark, Canon, XeroX, Sato, Zebra and many more.
Q: Do you only repair printers?
A: No, We repair a wide variety of office machines and fax machines Including, All-In-One printers, Multifunction printers, Fax machines, HP fax machines, Brother fax Machines, and Printer, Copier , Fax , Scanners
